KAMI learned that the actress made noise online because of her controversial tweets about TV shows that do not immediately give professional fees to their guests.
Few of the Kapamilya programs that she willingly mentioned through her social media posts were “Minute To Win It” and “Gandang Gabi Vice.”

During the recent episode of “It’s Showtime,” the former “Praybeyt Benjamin” star decided to poke fun at the “talent fee” issue of the gorgeous celebrity.
Even before Ethel performed on “Tawag ng Tanghalan,” Vice already mentioned her name by joking that she backed out because of issues on her professional fee.
He also funnily quipped that the actress wanted to receive her talent fee immediately since she did not want her awful experience in some shows to happen again.
“Abangan niyo si Ethel Booba next week. Dapat ngayon… Pero nag-back out kasi gusto niya kaliwaan ang bayad…Sabi sa kinsenas at katapusan pa ang bayaran. [Sabi niya], ‘Ay akala ko kaliwaan!’” the actor stated.
“Eh may mga shows pang hindi nakakabayad sa kanya… [Nandito siya], nakikipag-usap pa rin. Sabi ni Ethel, ‘Gusto ko nang sumalang pero cash ‘to ha?’” he added.
