The pilot episode of “Starla,” a much-talked-about ABS-CBN drama series starring Judy Ann Santos, already aired on Monday, October 7.
KAMI learned that the said teleserye even became one of the trending topics on social media during its first airing date.
A lot of people also waited for the television ratings of “Starla” and the Alden Richards-led series in GMA-7 entitled “The Gift.”

A popular audience measurement company named “Kantar Media” already released the results of the first clash of the two trending drama series in the rival networks.
The comeback teleserye of Judy Ann after five long years was able to register 29.2 percent TV ratings during its pilot episode.
It was more than half of the rating of “The Gift,” which was at 14.5 percent only during the said airing date.
Meanwhile, entertainment websites are still waiting for another audience measurement firm called “AGB Nielsen” to release the results of their own survey.
