Joed Serrano, a popular producer in the Philippines, unhesitatingly expressed his desire to do a movie featuring the tandem of Maine Mendoza and Daniel Padilla.

KAMI learned that the said personality willingly exposed to the public the thing that he wants to do next when he was interviewed recently by some members of the press.

The actor-turned-producer stated that he wants to try pairing up the two celebrities, following the box office success of the first-ever tandem of Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards.

He mentioned that he is praying for the opportunity to produce a new film that will showcase the excellent acting skills of Maine and the former “La Luna Sangre” actor.

“Gusto kong pagsamahin sina Maine Mendoza at Daniel Padilla dahil sa success ng pelikula nina Kathryn Bernardo at Alden Richards na ‘Hello, Love, Goodbye!’” he quipped.

"Why not Daniel Padilla naman at Maine Mendoza naman. Sana, if given a chance,” he added.

Because of his statement, a lot of netizens immediately aired their personal opinions about the possible tandem of the two award-winning artists from the rival networks.

Some of them claimed that the movie could become another box office hit, while others did not agree with the idea of the said producer.
