The mother of Melai Cantiveros admitted on national television that she actually prayed for the breakup of her daughter and Jason Fancisco.
KAMI learned that mommy Virgie Cantiveros made the confession during her guesting recently on the entertainment show entitled “Magandang Buhay.”
After being asked by one of the show’s host, the mother of Melai revealed that she did a novena before in the hope of putting an end to the relationship of the two celebrities.

Mommy Virgie expressed that she wanted her daughter and Jason to part ways already because their misunderstandings were getting more frequent than usual.
She also straightforwardly claimed that the former “Pinoy Big Brother” winner is not good for Jason because the actor is evidently handsome.
“Mag-nobyo pa sila tapos nabalitaan kong nag-away. Tapos maraming gossip… Sabi ko, ‘Sana hindi na magbalikan.’ Nag-novena ako,” she quipped.
“Kasi si Jason gwapo… Dito sa pagmumukha, hindi talaga sila kabagay-bagay!” she added.
