Lea Salonga gets honest on Sharon’s reason for skipping ‘The Voice Kids’ Season 4

Lea Salonga finally aired her side regarding the decision of Sharon Cuneta to not return as a coach in the fourth season of “The Voice Kids.”
KAMI learned that the Megastar revealed few weeks ago that she is not a part of the talent show because she cannot handle the stress of seeing kids getting eliminated.
“I cannot stand the stress kasi,” Sharon quipped.
“I become so attached to the kids and it weighs heavily on my heart pag kailangan na mag-eliminate,” she added.

Because of this, Lea disclosed her reaction and she pointed out that she understands well the decision of her fellow coach.
She emphasized that it is really hard to eliminate an aspiring singer but the judges have to do it because it is the mechanics of the show.
“I think even Sharon came out with a press release saying that it was a very difficult experience for her because she tends to get attached,” the Broadway star stressed.
“So when you have to do Battle Round, which means you have to be the one cutting people down, it’s difficult. After you gain a relationship, all of a sudden, bye! And it’s hard. It’s very difficult to do,” she added.
