Nikki Valdez took to Instagram to express her love for her daughter Olivia. She is turning 11 years old this month. The actress shared a throwback picture of Olivia when she was younger.

Nikki's daughter was born with a congenital malformation where fingers end up not fully developed. Her condition is known as Symbrachydactyly. The actress made Limb Difference Awareness Month her advocacy.

Along with the throwback picture taken in 2012, Nikki shared how she got surprised by Olivia's question.

You even asked, “Mama, when I get to Kinder 2, is my hand going to be bigger too?” I did not know what to answer as I was caught by surprise by your question.

She also got to explain her condition to Olivia one day. The actress also assured her daughter that she is loved no matter what happens.

Nikki Valdez is best known to play supporting roles to lead actors such as Jolina Magdangal (Hey Babe) (1999) and also Got 2 Believe (2002) and Claudine Barretto.
