Derek Ramsay was in a relationship with Angelica Panganiban for six years before they broke up.
KAMI learned that Derek opened up about his ex-girlfriend in a recent interview.
The actor told PUSH (authored by Leo Bukas) that he wants to be friends with Angelica and that he cherishes their memories together.
However, he said that he is not open to becoming Angelica’s boyfriend again.
“Kasi kung pinaabot mo sa ganun, nag-give-up ka na, eh, what would it stop from happening again? So for me, my take on it, it happens for a reason, huwag na nating balikan yan.
“We can always build a different type of relationship. That’s just how I am. I’m not saying na it’s the way everyone should live their life, it’s just the way I am…
“I’m sure I’ll love again, I’m sure she’ll love again. I’m sure she’ll find the right guy for her,” he explained.
