Grab issued an official statement regarding the growing number of protests regarding the situation of some Grab food riders. Recently, some of the posts involving riders who were victims of false booking heightened the public clamor.

Kapamilya actress Pokwang shared the picture to sympathize with the drivers and raise awareness regarding the hardships of these riders.

Just like you, we are concerned by the issues surrounding unclaimed GrabFood orders circulating online. We would like to clarify that we do not allow cancellations once orders are placed. These incidents are NO-SHOWS.

Grab would like to ask everyone to use their services responsibly by following these steps when ordering:

1. Make sure you log in the correct drop off address.

2. Ensure that your orders are correct before placing them.

3. Keep in contact with the GrabFood rider by messaging or calling them.

Grab continues to tighten its policies and customers with excessive no-show will soon face account penalties, including possible account suspension.

Let’s all do our part to make sure GrabFood continues to answer your cravings!

Grab food delivery is one of the services offered by Grab. Customers can order online using the Grab mobile application. The rider pays the customer's ordered food and delivers them to the customer as indicated in the address registered in the account of the customer.
