Former G-Mik star Miko Samson expresses gratitude to Kapamilya Network

Miko Samson took to Instagram to express his support and gratitude to the Kapamilya Network. He was once among the Kapamilya talents in the show G-Mik, a youth oriented show which was starred by Camille Pratts, Angelica Panganiban, Stefano Mori, John Pratts, Heart Evangelista and Carlo Aquino.
Proud of the fact that at one point in my life, I was a middling performer having fun while putting on shows with my mediocre acting. Those four years were a wild ride wherein I got to meet and work with all sorts of wonderful, talented people, and got to go to all sorts of places. For a kid out to have a summer hobby (and who ended up working every weekend for all my four years of high school), I sure picked up a decent bit of experience that not even my top-notch Catholic private school education could have given me if it tried.

He also shared his experience with regards to how he and his co-stars were treated by the people working behind the scenes.
The folks I encountered and worked with, from the cast members to the directors to everyone who was involved with lighting (including those people you might identify as "best boy grip"), sound, camera work, makeup, costumes, and so on, and even the folks on the corporate side whose job was to make sure we weren't overworked or abused or whatever--everyone became a friend, and everyone treated everyone as family. We did decent work, I think.
In the postscript of his lengthy message, he also mentioned Jimmy Bondoc who recently landed in the hot water for his controversial post.

Miko Samson finished BS Management Engineering at Ateneo de Manila University. He also went to Ateneo Law School. He graduated from Columbia University in 2017.
