Gabbi Garcia reveals failure to pass auditions for StarStruck Kids

- StarStruck paved the way for success of many local celebrities in the past

Some of our favorite local celebrities have joined GMA Network's reality talent competition show StarStruck in the past.

Some of the celebrities who joined the talent show includes; Aljur Abrenica, Paulo Avelino, Cristine Reyes, Jennylyn Mercado, and LJ Reyes.

However, KAMI learned that Kapuso artist Gabbi Garcia also auditioned for the show’s StarStruck Kids edition which she shared on her social media account.

The actress also shared the result and details of her audition, “Feb 24, 2004 Starstruck kids audition SM Sta. Mesa (Nope, didn’t pass the audition).”

Her revelation elicited reactions among netizens from entertainment site Fashion Pulis.

“Ang daming hanash lately. bakit parang hindi sya thankful? maybe it's not her time to shine before.”

“Okay lang yan. Malakas naman kapit mo ngayon sa management.”

“Uso pa kasi yung "acting" + beauty ang hinahanap ng mga panahon na yan, ngayon kasi beauty lang keri na.”

“Di artistahin ang beauty niya. Mahina rin ang karisma. Malakas nga lang siguro sa Management…”

“Katagal na nitong artista pero waley talaga. When you put her in the crowd hindi lulutang ang beauty.”

As reported earlier by KAMI, Gabbi Garcia recently posted a throwback photo, which earned various reactions from netizens. It was her childhood photo where she donned a 'Darna' costume.

Gabbi Garcia is an all-time GMA Kapuso actress who starred in films such as 'Meant to Beh' and 'My Big Bossing'. She was paired with Ruru Madrid before and their team up was known as "GabRu."
