A second suspect in the murder of Christine Lee Silawan has been arrested.
KAMI learned that the suspect is a 42-year-old man who is known as a drug pusher and user.
In a report by Inquirer (authored by Morexette Marie B. Erram), Police Brigadier General Debold Sinas said that the second suspect was obsessed with the victim.
“He confessed that he was the one who killed (Silawan). He made an extra-judicial confession.
“He said he dupes young girls (into having sexual relationship with him).
“He was a drug pusher and a drug user whose name is included in the drug watchlist,” Sinas revealed.
Christine’s 17-year-old boyfriend, who was also arrested, was also said to have confessed to the crime but it has not yet been explained by the police his connection to the new suspect.
