President Rodrigo Duterte has finally broken his silence over the videos that went viral after claiming that his children, Paolo, Sara, and Kitty are related to the drug trade in the Philippines.
KAMI learned that President Duterte’s common-law wife, Honeylet Avanceña, has also spoken regarding the issue.
In a report by the GMA News’ 24 Oras, President Duterte claimed that Senator Antonio Trillanes IV and the “yellows” or the opposition are behind the video he considered as “propaganda.”
“Ngayon, the purveyor of that is number one, yellow ‘yan,” the President said.
“Hinahayaan ko na lang ‘yan si Trillanes because that has become his passion, ‘di na ako pumapatol,” he added.
The President insisted that his family is not into illegal drugs and the videos were just part of a propaganda.
“That’s a propaganda that’s been repeated all the time. Alam ko propaganda,” he firmly said.
“I assure you, we are not into it,” Duterte added.

It has also been reported that Honeylet cried foul over the video that also involved her daughter, Veronica “Kitty” Duterte, to the drug trade even if she is still a minor.
"Tell them, pag sure oi. Napaka walang hiya ko naman na nanay kung ipangalan ko sa anak ko," she told GMA News.
In a previous report by KAMI, the second part of the viral video titled, “Ang Totoong Narcolist,” has linked Kitty with the drug trade, as well as the alleged lawyer partner of Sara Duterte.
KAMI also reported earlier that Paolo Duterte has commented over the first video that was released which claimed that he is the principal of the drug trade in the country. The Palace also said that the video was just “black propaganda.”
