A 43-year-old father named Dranreb Fabro was arrested by the police.
According to a video report by News5, Fabro inappropriately touched a male passenger in a UV Express.
The 20-year-old victim narrated that he fell asleep in the PUV because he was tired after work.
However, he got woken up while being groped by the perpetrator. The victim then punched Fabro, who tried to deny what he was doing.
In the police station, he finally admitted to his crime and asked the victim to forgive him. He promised never to do it again and begged the victim to not a file charges against him since he has a child.
“Sorry talaga, hindi ko sinasadya. Hindi ko na uulitin. Kailangan ko nang makauwi para sa anak ko at sa nanay ko. Sana wag mo na ituloy,” Fabro said.

The victim refused to grant Fabro’s request and was determined to take him to court.
The suspect was also confronted in the police station by the victim’s mother.
“Paprangkahin kita, ako ang nanay niya. Wala kang ganun? Kaya mong gawin sa sarili mo yun, bastos ka,” she told Fabro.
