Pasabog! Netizen posts alleged anomaly involving Metro Manila water shortage

- A Facebook conversation thread is making rounds online

- This was in the midst of the water supply shortage in Metro Manila

- A netizen who worked with MWSS for 30 long years exposed the alleged anomaly

A conversation thread which was considered by some netizens as an eye opener is making rounds online. The screenshot of the thread showed a comment by a Facebook user named Angel Salazar. She claimed to have worked for Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System or MWSS for 30 years from 1982 to 2012.

The netizen named Myles Jamito took to Facebook to share the conversation thread which was originally seen on the comment section of the Facebook status posted by the Chief Regulator of MWSS. The status update revealed numbers and percentages and other technical stuff explaining why there’s a shortage of water for Manila Water customers.

It looked solid - until Angel Salazar, a veteran MWSS former employee started posting comments, stated the cause of the shortage and the quick solution.

Just like how Jamito had expected, the post was removed but the netizen was able to save screenshots of the thread.

Metro Manila is currently having a water shortage resulting to interrupted water supply throughout the region. This was after the announcement that the water level in La Mesa dam is below the critical level.
