Cavite Colonel caught on video extorting money from poor fishermen, arrested through Bitag

Cavite Maritime Police Chief Col. Armandy Dimabuyu has been extorting money from poor fishermen.
KAMI learned that the police colonel would charge these fishermen with P5,000 per boat.
According to Bitag's report, there are about 20 fishing boats in the area, which means the colonel earns much from them.
Several undercover agents posed as representatives of fishermen who gave the colonel the money.

Some negotiated in behalf of those who couldn't raise the required amount of P5,000.
After solid evidence was gathered, with the transactions caught on video, Ben Tulfo presented it to PNP Chief Oscar Albayalde.
With the help of PNP, Col. Dimabuyu was arrested right at the place where his illegal transactions take place.
In the last part of the video, Ben Tulfo indicated that the people in the market clapped their hands when the notorious colonel was arrested. They themselves must have been victims of the "kotong" cop.
