A relative of Las Piñas City Mayor Mel Aguilar and his companion was caught on video bullying and attacking a couple who was with their 2-year-old child.
KAMI learned that the couple – Fhoebe and Kenneth Garcia – went to Ben Tulfo and his Bitag program to ask for help.
According to the couple, the two started to bully them due to a traffic altercation.
The accused – Jun Tolentino and Regan Soriano – then resorted to physical attacks and allegedly threatened the life of Kenneth, who was taking a video of their encounter.
The Bitag team went to PSI Jose Gonzales – Chief of the Traffic Enforcement Unit in Las Piñas – to confront Regan and Jun, who work under him as traffic aides.
Gonzales told the Bitag team that the two will be suspended. As for the accused, they promised not to bother the couple anymore.
