Jelay Pilones had an emotional and fun 18th birthday celebration with her friends, family, and loved ones.

KAMI learned that her fellow Pinoy Big Brother: Otso Teen Big 4 including Kaori Oinuma, Karina Bautista and Lie Reposposa were also present in her special day.
