PNP kinumpirma: Duterte, inutos na sampahan na ng kaso ang BF ni Ashley Abad

-Kinumpirma mismo ng PNP na inutos na ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na sampahan na ng kaso ang nobyo ni Ashley Abad

-Ito'y matapos lumabas ng resulta ng autopsy report na isinagawa sa katawan ng dalaga

-Matatandaang kamakailan lang ay nakausap ng pangulo ang pamilya ni Ashley

Pormal nang sasampahan ng kaso ang nobyo ni Ashley Abad, ang dalagang nasawi dahil sa drug overdosenoong gabi ng Sinulog.

Ito ay matapos lumabas ng resulta ng autopsy na isinagawa sa katawan ng dalaga at ng utos mula mismo kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

“We have given (him) enough time. It’s being prepared by the CIDG (Criminal Investigation and Detection Group). Charges will be filed, whether he will comply with the upcoming subpoena. It’s the President himself who made these instructions,”

Ito ang naging pahayag ni Chief Superintendent Debold Sinas, director ng Police Regional Office sa Central Visayas (PRO-7) ayon sa report ng Cebu Daily News.

Matatandaang nakipag-kita ang pamilya ni Ashley kay Pangulong Duterte kamakailan lang.

Hawak na rin ng PNP ang affidavit ng mga doktor na unang sumuri kay Ashley.

Nai-report na rin ng na narinig umano ng kapatid ni Ashley ng isa pang kaanak nito na sinabi ng nobyo ni Ashley sa doktor na binigyan niya ng ecstasy ang dalaga.

“And our primary suspect now is the boyfriend. We will ask the subpoena power of the chief PNP (Philippine National Police director general Oscar Albayalde) para i-summon siya. If dili siya mu show up, after the subpoena, damputon namo siya,” ani Sinas.

“We are also inviting ang iyahang (Abad and her boyfriend’s) kauban. We are also studying if we could file them cases of negligence resulting to homicide. We are now establishing the fact that if gidala dayun to siya (Abad) sa hospital, basin na rescue pa. And these are based on the opinions of the first (set of) doctors that responded to the incident,” dagdag pa ni Sinas.

Hinihintay na lamang daw nila ang resulta ng autopsy ngunit nakatanggap na sila ng impormasyon mula sa PDEA na drug overdose nga ang ikinamatay ni Ashley.

“Naa nay final results sa autopsy which will be forwarded to us next week. Pero naa nay findings, gihatag sa amoa in advance. It stated there that the cause of death was due to overdose of prohibited drugs. It’s in scientific terms but it’s ecstasy,”

Una nang nai-report ng na nag-collpase si Ashley noong um-attend ito sa Plus63 Music and Arts Festival noong gabi ng Sinulog Festival noong Enero 19 at nasawi isang araw matapos nito.

Kumalat sa social media ang video nito kung saan kitang-kita ang nangyari sa dalaga.

Kasama nito ang nobyo nito at ilang kaibigan na hanggang ngayon ay hindi pa rin nagbibigay ng pahayag ukol dito.
