Despite living in the US these days, she is still in contact with some of her Pinoy celebrity friends.
As for her career, she earned a degree in communication studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
She also continued her career as an actress – studying acting at the famous The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York City and being a part of plays like The Producers, America Adjacent, and Supportive White Parents.
G is also involved in Pinay entrepreneurship projects in Los Angeles, programs for the Pinoy community in the US, and in women's reproductive health and rights advocacy.

Last year, G Tongi also made negative comments about Imelda Marcos and Senator Manny Pacquiao.
