A concerned citizen shared a picture of a woman who gave birth to a baby while standing in a busy street. The Facebook user with the user handle Dhalia Tan shared series of pictures showing the woman holding the baby as it pooped out of her.

Based on her post, the bystander helped her reach the hospital She also thanked the doctor who helped save the baby.
