Kapamilya actress Angel Locsin recently guested on ABS-CBN's morning talk show 'Magandang Buhay.'
KAMI learned that she talked about the new beach property she bought in Zambales for her father Angelo Colmenares.
"Ako naman ngayon. Kasi ibinigay niya sa akin lahat, kahit hindi namin kaya noon, tinry (sinubukan) niya 'yung best niya na gawing happy ang childhood ko, in his own way.
"So bilang anak, kung ano ang kaya kong ibigay, i-provide, eh 'di 'yun."
She also shared a heartbreaking story about her father's blindness.
"Hindi ko kasi napagamot 'yung mga mata ni daddy. Na-late ako, na-late ako. 'Yun 'yung reason ko noon, bakit ako nag-stay sa showbiz.
"Kasi akala ko makakaipon ako, kaya lang na-late ako ng ipon. Hanggang sa hindi ko napagamot si daddy, hanggang sa too late na."
Angel explained the risk of having his father undergo medical procedures to regain his eyesight, "Magna-93 na rin si Daddy, so medyo risky na rin sa kanya. Hindi na rin adviceable," she said.

Angel Locsin is a Filipina actress and endorser who was born on April 23, 1985. She gained more popularity in showbiz after starring in drama series entitled “Mulawin” and in the TV adaptation of “Darna.” The actress is in a relationship with producer Neil Arce.
