The “Bad Boy” Robin Padilla seems to be coming back in the cinemas with some action film. KAMI learned that the trailer of BATO The Movie: The General Ronald Dela Rosa Story was released on Wednesday, January 23.
The story depicts the real life story of former PNP chief and Bureau of Corrections chief, Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa. Padilla will portray the role of Bato and actress Beauty Gonzales will play the role of Nancy Dela Rosa, wife of Bato.
Bato is known as an ally of President Rodrigo Duterte. He is also running as a senator for the upcoming mid-term elections in May.

The movie will hit the cinemas on January 30. In a previous report by KAMI, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) said that there might be a problem in case it will start showing during the campaign period which will start on February 12 to May 11.
Born on November 23, 1969, Robinhood Ferdinand Padilla is a well-known actor in the Philippines. He was known for his role as Andres Bonifacio in the film “Bonifacio: Ang Unang Pangulo”.
