Zeke Sarmenta, the celebrity daughter of Romnick Sarmenta and Harlene Bautista, was asked by the media about the separation of her parents.
KAMI learned that the interview happened during the press conference for her movie entitled “Rainbow’s Sunset.”
According to PEP.ph, Zeke said that her main focus is to promote the movie. However, she said that her parents love them today as much as they did when they were still a couple.
“At first, nasa utak ko po yun. Pero I’m with my mindset na I’m here to promote my movie and promote myself and to represent our film. So, to me, kung anumang other question yun, it’s not my agenda today…
“I think it would be a little different kasi, honestly, walang nagbago sa amount of love na ibinigay sa amin ng magulang namin and even with each other. They’re friends.
“For me, it’s different, but not in an emotional level,” she explained, as quoted by PEP.ph.

As reported previously by KAMI, Romnick and Harlene ended their 19-year marriage this year.
Romnick Sarmenta and Harlene Bautista announced their separation last month without giving specific reasons behind it.
The two got married in a civil wedding back in 1999. They have five children.
