A photo of an unfinished overpass circulated online. According to a Facebook page supporting former assistant secretary Mocha Uson, the overpass was built during the administration of former President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III.

The user wrote in the caption, “Galit sa footbridge ng MRT, pero etong gawang abnoy tahimik ang mga yellow troll. Mala Super Mario.”

KAMI learned that the footbridge was not in the Philippines. However, it can be found in Thailand. Netizens were quick to notice that the original photo of the footbridge was first shared by ThaiVisa, an online news website in Thailand.

ThaiVisa also shared two versions of the overpass.
