5 Filipino celebrities who got victimized by thieves, scammers & criminals

Many Filipinos suffer every day from the hands of criminals, thieves and scammers. Even Pinoy celebrities have not been spared.

1. Kris Aquino

Kris recently made headlines when she revealed that a trusted friend has stolen the millions she saved for her kids – Bimby and Josh Aquino. There are rumors that the person who betrayed her was Nicko Falcis, her business manager.

2. Bea Alonzo

The actress revealed on social media that her wallet was stolen by pickpockets. The crime happened during her vacation in Portugal.

3. Jinkee Pacquiao

According to entertainment columnist Lolit Solis, Jinkee’s personal assistant betrayed her trust. The PA, supposedly from General Santos City, allegedly stole some of Jinkee’s money and jewelry.

4. Patricia Javier

Patricia was having dinner at a restaurant in Antipolo when she got victimized by the “basag kotse gang.” The thieves reportedly smashed her car’s window at the parking lot and took her bag.

5. Alfred Vargas

Alfred was scammed by a travel agent named Imee Oro who said that the money he gave was used to pay hotel reservations in Korea for Lolit Solis and other entertainment writers.
