Filipino broadcast journalist Ces Oreña-Drilon touched people’s hearts after showing how she accepts and appreciates the gender preference of her son, Andre.

KAMI learned that the 25-year-old son of the former Bandila anchor is also a cross-dresser who is known for wearing skirts.

Andre revealed that the line, “Mom, I’m bisexual" was all it took for Ces to appreciate and easily accept him.

He shared that his mom was shocked upon knowing his preference but eventually answered him with positivity.

"Really? Okay…" Andre said pertaining to the reply of his mom.

Andre is in a relationship now with a girl but he admitted that he is also attracted to boys. He said he is even open for same-sex sexual relationship.

In an Instagram post by Ces, the journalist showed to public how she became more proud of her son for his brave decisions.

She even said that she salutes Andre for the bold move and for being the daughter she never had.

"I always say Andre is the daughter I never had! Then when he started to borrow some of my clothes, I have to confess I had mixed feelings,” Ces confessed.

"But I’m so proud that here is my son, breaking gender norms. It is a gutsy bold move that I salute,” she added.
