6 Pinoy celebrities who left showbiz & went abroad to have a simpler life

We have heard of many Filipina celebrities who went abroad to live a simpler life, such as Princess Punzalan, Bangs Garcia, Nancy Castiglione, Kim delos Santos and Joyce Jimenez.

KAMI learned that there are also male celebrities who did the same.

In reports by GMA Entertainment and ABS-CBN News, several Pinoy celebrities who migrated in another country were featured.

1. BB Gandanghari

The actor, formerly known as Rustom Padilla, is now living a quieter life in the USA. According to his brother Robin Padilla, BB is trying to earn money as an Uber driver as he tries to fulfill his dream of becoming a Hollywood actor.

2. Ate Glow

Renee Facunla, who became known as Ate Glow for his awesome impersonation of former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, is now living in London, England. He got married to his British boyfriend in 2016.

3. RJ Padilla

RJ, the half-brother of Daniel Padilla, migrated to Australia with his wife Bianca and their two children.

4. Red Sternberg

The former TGIS star is now in Florida, USA as the Corporate Director of Housekeeping of By The Sea Resorts Inc.

5. Leandro Muñoz

The ‘90s star is now living in the US. He tried out different lines of work such as car dealership, ambulance marketing, and financial services.

6. Don Laurel

Don used to be an actor for Star Magic. He is now a policeman in Toronto, Canada.
