Frank Garcia is having a tough time leaving his house in Makati City after three men robbed him just outside his home.
KAMI learned about the incident through PEP.
According to the entertainment news site, Frank and his non-showbiz girlfriend went out of the house at around 2 AM on April 5.
They were planning to go to the nearest drugstore to buy some paracetamol.
However, they were stopped by three men riding two motorcycles.
The men held them up at gunpoint and told them to give their money and cellphones.
Fortunately, the couple only had P200 with them because they were only planning to buy medicine. They did not bring their cellphones.
They laid the bills down on the street and then put up their hands in surrender.
The holduppers took the money and immediately run away.
According to PEP, Frank is thankful that the men did not notice his girlfriend's diamond earrings.
They reported the incident to the police, but the investigators still don't have a lead. The men were wearing helmets so Frank did not see their faces.
Frank said the incident was very traumatic and they were not able to sleep that night.
He is also afraid to leave the house. He feared the men might come back because they were only able to take P200.
Frank is part of the upcoming romcom series My Guitar Princess.
