Bittersweet day! Saab Magalona finally introduces son on social media, also posts photo revealing dead daughter's name

It was a momentous occasion for Saab Magalona and Jim Bacarro.

After the heartbreaking loss of one of their twins, they will finally soon be able to bring their son home.

On March 31, Saab introduced her baby boy to world via social media.

The Cheats vocalist wrote: "Pancho Gerardo: coming home soon."

Pancho was confined in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit after undergoing surgery on February 8.

His twin sister didn't survive.

On March 29, Saab honored her baby daughter, named Luna Isabel.

She posted a photo of her final resting place, where this quote was inscribed: "I know we'll see the sun rise."

Saab wrote in the caption: "Oh, my love, we'll keep on dreaming."

To help her cope with the loss, Saab donated her excess breastmilk to the Human Milk Bank.

"Bittersweet that my body seems to be producing enough for twins, but it really makes me happy thinking of the babies that will get stronger because of my 'liquid gold'," wrote Saab in a tweet on March 23.

Saab and Jim got married on January 24, 2015.

They have known each other for 10 years before getting married.

Saab is the daughter of OPM rap master Francis Magalona. She is the sister of Elmo and Maxene Magalona.
