A new trend on social media has gone viral, with netizens using Selecta ice cream – the brand endorsed by the Legaspi family – as a facial wash.
KAMI learned that the meme is supposed to jokingly show that the netizens transform into either Mavy or Cassy Legaspi after using the ice cream to wash their faces.
The father in the family, Zoren, took to Instagram to share his reaction towards the meme.
“Guys pls huwag nyo hilamos ang Selecta Ice Cream sa face nyo kina kain yan po hehehe.
“Have a good afternoon - awww. I want to meet you guys,” the actor said.
Netizens were amused and entertained by the hilarious meme:
