"Cheers in Heaven"! Pia Magalona and Eat Bulaga Dabarkads remember Francis M on his 9th death anniversary

During the opening number of the longest running noontime show Eat Bulaga, the dabarkads sang Francis M's iconic song, 'Mga kababayan' in commemoration of the Master Rapper's 9th anniversary. KAMI learned about this from GMA News Online.
"Dabarkads Kiko, nine years ka na namin namimiss," said Allan K.
"Ang show na ito Kiko ay para sa iyo. We miss you!" added Pia Guanio.
One of the dabarkads Michael V posted on instagram, his very own sketch of the Master Rapper.

Meanwhile, Francis M's wife, Pia Magalona shares a heartwarming message for her husband whom she believes is in heaven.
She wrote, #FrancisMForever Oct 4, 1964-March 6, 2009. You left us with your music, but—as Father said at the mass last Sunday—you also left behind your greatest legacy, your family. We love each other the way you taught us to, and you are always in our hearts. Cheers in heaven!
Even their daughter Maxene shared some post about her father who is truly missed by many.
Francis M suffered from acute myelogenous leukemia.
He died on March 6, 2009, seven moths after he was diagnosed with his illness.
'Kiko' as called by his friends is the one and only Master Rapper of the Philippines.
He is known for his nationalistic rap and Filipino Hiphop.
This is to pay tribute to Aubrey So and to all who suffered from depression. It can truly take the lives of our loved ones.
