Raffy Tulfo is always willing to help those who have been swindled or those who are in a situation where they have been "inagrabyado." However, a couple who sought the help of Tulfo was turned away since they were asking for a full refund of the amount they paid the event organizer despite the fact that services were actually rendered.
KAMI saw on YouTube an episode of Raffy Rulfo in Action where a couple wanted Tulfo to help the seek a full refund from their wedding organizer.
According to the bride, the event organizer, Ana Marie Atienza, did a poor job with her wedding.
She complained about the flower on her car, the paper plates used for the pica-pica, the backdrop, and a lot more.
Tulfo called the organizer and she said that the bride chose a certain package, which was carried out in her wedding.
The bride however insisted that the organizer signed a contract, agreeing to a full refund.
At this juncture, Tulfo stated that the organizer did provide the service required of her and if the bride wants a full refund, then they better bring the matter to court.
It would have been a different case if the event organizer ran off with their money and did not provide the service required.
Tulfo even stated that had he known that the couple wanted a full refund, he would not have allowed them to sit in the program and waste each party's time.
The confrontation ended with Tulfo asking them to talk on the phone behind the cameras.
