The Vice President posted some photos from the special event on Facebook:
“Finally had the chance to give Jillian a proper 18th birthday celebration yesterday.
“It was a simple but fun gathering of family and her closest friends.
“It was also a celebration of love and friendship as her friends really made a lot of effort to surprise her with well rehearsed numbers.
“Highlight of the evening was she got to jam with her favorite band, Moonstar 88, whose members are dear friends and supporters,” Leni wrote.
She lost her husband Jesse Robredo in a plane crash in 2012.
They have three daughters: Jessica Marie, Janine Patricia, and Jillian Therese.
Leni became the Vice President of the Philippines in 2016.
