Lady in red ang drama! Kapuso actress Vaness del Moral weds non-showbiz boyfriend in red wedding gown

Vaness del Moral decided to throw out convention on her wedding day.
Instead of the traditional white wedding dress, the 29-year-old Starstruck alumna got married in an elegant red gown with a black opera coat.
The beautiful gown was designed by Albert Andrada.
Vaness tied the knot with non-showbiz boyfriend Matt Kier.
They held their intimate wedding ceremony in Pinewoods Golf & Country Club Estate in Baguio City on February 18.
The groom wore a black and white suit. It was also designed by Andrada.
The designer shared details of Vaness's gown with PEP.
"The wedding gown is in scarlet red encrusted with lace and Swarovsky crystals. Sweetheart neckline and lined with red and white opal crystals to emphasize the cut of its romanticism," said Albert.
"The opera coat in black is embellished with ostrich feathers on the shoulders and sleeves. Crystals give opulence to its neckline and flared cuff," he added.
The designer said he was inspired by the red carpet events in New York City, particularly those held at The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
"Vaness is a character actress and that also help me in creating this piece. It had to be non-traditional, unpredictive and strong," he added.
Both Vaness and her groom were born and raised in Baguio City that's why they chose the location for their intimate garden wedding.
Vaness joined the third season of star search StarStruck in 2005. She was eliminated on December 25, 2005.
Although she did not win and was voted out very early, Vaness still had a good showbiz career after the show.
She appeared on the following Kapuso drama series: Dyesebel, Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan, Impostora, Faithfully, Kahit Nasaan Ka Man, The Half Sisters, and Encantadia.
She was also in the movie One True Love, with Dingdong Dantes, Marian Rivera, and Iza Calzado.
