Bela Padilla sticks to being old-fashioned when it comes to relationships

Bela Padilla has one of the most beautiful faces in showbiz but many are wondering why until now, the young actress does not have a boyfriend yet.

In an interview with Inquirer, the 26-year-old actress stated that she's not into casual dating. She adheres to the values that her mother, Meg Cariño, taught her.

So despite her age, she makes sure that she follows those teachings of her mom.

"I’m against casual dating,” said Bela.

“I’m old-fashioned. I don’t go out on dates because I always think of what my mom (Meg Cariño) would say if she’d see me with random guys. I live by myself, but I’ve retained the values I learned from her,” stated the actress.

"I like asking them questions to get to know them more. I also want them to know me better. I guess that’s why they feel like they want to court me. It’s not a conscious thing,” she added.

Bela also elaborated that she likes those long conversations and she wants to know the guy in a deeper way.

When asked about Angelica, the actress confirmed that her friend has already moved on.

As to Carlo Aquino, she said that she stops herself from asking the guy about his love life.

Bela Padilla is an actress and screenwriter. She used to be linked to Zanjoe Marudo.

She is a relative of the famous clan of actors and actresses - the Padillas (obviously).

Her ex-boyfriend was Neil Arce, who is now in a relationship with Angel Locsin.
