Alex Gonzaga decided to respond to several netizens who bashed her elder celebrity sister Toni Gonzaga on social media.
KAMI learned from Bandera that the bashers accused Toni of being arrogant, proud and “walang ganda.”
Here are the comments of the bashers:
“Cathy di ko talaga type ang ugali nang kapatid mong si Toni”
“May ugali sya. Dati ko pa napansin. Tas lagi sya naka ismid. Tas pansin ko dati sa interview nya kay Sarah G. sinupladahan nya si Sarah. Tas madalas nga kapag makipag usap sya lagi mataray.”
“Oo nga nung nanood kami sa ASAP hindi mangiti samantalang iba nya kasama me ngiti na me kasama pang kaway. Hay favorite ko pa man din panoorin mga movie nya. Ngaun ayaw ko na.”
“Aling Simang (simangot) ang tawag sa kanya ni Joey de Leon ng nasa Eat Bulaga pa c Toni Gonzaga kc laging nakasimangot kaya hindi nagtagal sa EB.”
“Di naman kagandahan, sorry, walang ganda. Kung magsuplada akala mo di nagmula sa baba. Hmmmp, yamot!”
“Oo kaya nga kapag nagpapa service iyan sa isang salon, turuan mga stylist kasi sobrang taray!”
Alex replied to the bashers by telling them that Toni is actually a nice person.
“My ate is the nicest you just have to approach her and you’ll see,” Alex wrote, according to Bandera.
One of Toni’s fans also defended her on social media:
“Tao lang din naman si Toni, hindi siya perpektong tao.”
Toni is one of the most successful female celebrities in Philippine showbiz.
She is married to acclaimed director Paul Soriano.
Toni and Paul have a son named Severiano.
