Bakit nga ba? Alice Dixon shares why she left showbiz for quite a while

Alice Dixon shared that she is "very happy" in her life today. We all know that we haven't seen Alice in Philippine Television for quite a while, ever wonder why?

KAMI learned from ABS-CBN Entertainment that in Alice's interview in Magandang Buhay, she shared that her partner is not in show business.

"We have the same goals. We have the same vision in life," the Kapamilya actress added.

In earlier episode of Magandang Buhay, the acress become open to look back on the reasons why she decided to left show business. She said that her desire to have a husband and a normal family were the reasons.

"I kinda set an age for myself to get married which is 28. So when I turned 28, I decided to settle down, I got married and then we moved to Canada. I was ready to start a new life not because my husband forced me to. But gusto ko ring maka-try ng living a normal life, without klieg lights, without a lot of attention on me," she said.

But after 13 years of marriage, she decided to go separate ways with her husband.

"It was a heartache to let go," she said while insisting that she doesn't regret her decisions.

"We really had irreconcilable differences although he still wanted to work it out. Ang babae kasi kapag nag-no more ay no more na talaga. Pero kapag lalaki ang umayaw, may chance pang magkabalikan. So for me, I really thought it was really time for the relationship to end. It was one of the toughest decisions of my life. It took my two, three years to really come up with that conclusion."

Last 2013 when Alice and her husband Ronnie Miranda divorced.
