Randy Santiago is famous for his good looks, his awesome singing voice, his acting talent and his iconic shades. The singer-actor revealed what really happened to his eye!

KAMI learned about his revelation from the YouTube channel of ABS-CBN Entertainment.

Randy told the hosts of “Magandang Buhay” that he has a hard time opening his left eye due to an unfortunate event when he was in grade school.

He revealed that a cyst formed above his left eye and it had to be operated on.

Unfortunately, the cyst formed again after the first operation.

During the second operation, the doctor made a mistake and cut a nerve responsible for opening his left eye.

He also denied that his eye was damaged due to a motorcycle accident.

When asked if he was bullied by his schoolmates due to his damaged eye, Randy said that his classmates were very kind to him and that he did not need to wear sunglasses during that time.

KAMI believes that we cannot allow our bad experiences in life to hinder us from reaching our dreams. Randy moved on and succeeded despite what happened to him!
