Janine Gutierrez's elegant condo unit amazes netizens

After working for years for the Kapuso network, Janine Gutierrez was able to achieve one of her dreams – to have a home of her own and live independently.

Janine is the daughter of Ramon Christopher Gutierrez and Lotlot de Leon.

In April last year, the actress decided to move into her condo unit in San Juan City and out of her parents’ supervision.
However, Janine told the media that it was actually difficult being away from her parents.
“Ang hirap pala. I feel like I need to be independent, I always wanted my own place. Kasi sa buong buhay ko, never pa akong nagkaroon ng sarili kong kuwarto,” she said.

Her condo unit measures 92 square meters and it was designed by her good friend Theressa Asis.
Janine personally chose almost every part of her abode, including the floor, lights, decorations and the pieces of furniture.
She was also able to make better use of her condo unit’s space by not bringing any unnecessary items and belongings.
The design is very minimalist but elegant and clean as well.
