Husband expresses his sadness despite receiving money from his OFW wife in Kuwait

Most Filipinos would tell you that they appreciate the money being sent to them by their OFW family members but that the sadness they feel never goes away.
This is exactly the feelings that Reynaldo Pepito of Ormoc City expressed in his viral video, obtained by KAMI from his Facebook page.

“Habang hawak ko ang pera na ipinadala ng asawa ko na nasa kuwait,,naiisip ko kng ganu ang hirap na tinitiis nya para mkapadala samin,” Reynaldo wrote.
(While I was holding the money that was sent to me by my wife in Kuwait, I was also thinking about the hardships she had to endure so that she could send something to us.)

According to Reynaldo, he appreciates the money that is being earned by her wife but he also explained that it does not take away the fact that he and their children miss her very much.
He also promised his wife that he will save the money that she is sending him and that he will put it to good use in the near future.

Reynaldo’s previous Facebook posts reveal that he is a tricycle driver who also sells pineapples for a living.
