Suspect in Cebu road rage shooting incident surrenders to police
- A driver of a Mercedes Benz shot twice another driver in Cebu last Saturday
- The suspect was identified as David Lim Jr., a nephew of alleged drug lord Peter Lim
- The victim was identified as Ephraim Nuñal, a 33-year-old nurse who is currently recovering at the hospital
David Lim Jr., the driver of the Mercedes Benz who shot another driver twice in Cebu during an intense traffic altercation, has finally surrendered to the police.

The road rage incident shooting took place at F. Sotto St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City on Sunday, March 19.

A video clip of the incident went viral, showing Lim getting into a verbal fight with a driver and then shooting him later in the left thigh and right ankle, according to Sun Star.
Lim's girlfriend tried to pacify him but to no avail.

The victim was identified as Ephraim Nuñal, a 33-year-old nurse who is currently recovering at the hospital.
Lim – nephew of the alleged drug lord Peter Lim – was accompanied by his mother, his legal counsel and two relatives when he turned himself in to the authorities.
