Maja says career was the cause of her last breakup

Although the love team of Paulo Avelino and Maja Salvador isn’t new, their latest project together got everyone talking about them again.

The ‘I’m Drunk, I Love You’ stars were some of Vice Ganda’s guests yesterday in his late-night talk show program ‘Gandang Gabi Vice’.

Since their film has a lot of drinking in it, the comedian decided to take things up a notch and asked them hard-hitting questions with shots involved.

These shots, however, are not alcoholic beverages - they are condiments we use almost everyday to season our food, such as vinegar, soy sauce, hot sauce, and the like.

If the two opt not to answer Vice’s question, they will drink any of the unusual shots.

Paulo was the first one to play and took a shot when he passed on answering if he had a one-night stand. Maja picked the vinegar shot, which he drank shamelessly as the actress revealed he likes the condiment.

However, when it was Maja’s turn, she was asked what was the real reason behind her last breakup.

Instead of following after Paulo’s lead, she courageously answered that it was because of her career.

However, the Gerald Anderson-related question did not stop there as Vice asked her again if she still has feelings for the Kapamilya actor.

She had no hesitations on answering that she does not have anymore, since it has been ages that they broke up.
