While most netizens joined Billy in praising Coleen's beauty, there was one who commented about her nose being done.

This basher, who goes by the username @prettyluz2010, said that her rhinoplasty looked unnnatural and that it needed to be repaired.

Billy immediately replied that we are not born perfect and he loves Coleen for it. He added that there is not one thing he wants to change about her.

The arrogant netizen retorted by that celebrities get nose jobs to look better on camera.
