Tina Marie Yan, the sister of Rico Yan, took to Instagram and decried the alleged use of his late brother's name.
She said that no one has the right to drag the name of his late brother into a campaign, whether directly or indirectly.
The sister of the late actor also made an explicit statement, saying to just leave his late brother's name out of politics.
"You have no right dragging my late brother's name into your indirect campaign motives."
Her message was also reposted by Claudine Barretto on her IG account and she even told Rico's sister "Luv u @tinamarieyan."
