A commuter was driven to tears after she was not allowed to take public transport because she has not yet received her second vaccine shot, and was considered partially vaccinated.
In Oscar Oida's '24 Oras" report, the worker Diane, could be seen crying, expressing her exhaustion and frustration, that she was not allowed to board public transport.
She said that she woke up early because she needed to attend her medical exam at work, however, she was not allowed to ride the PUVs.
According to Diane, it was not her fault that her second dose is still in February.

She then went on to ask what kind of experiment does DepEd has again for not requiring teachers to be vaccinated.
