In a report by Manila Bulletin, the search engine unveiled on December 9 the local lists – trends, news, personalities, shows, and more – that topped Filipinos’ search queries this year.
According to ABS-CBN News, the top six most-searched female personalities are Yen, Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Rabiya Mateo, AJ Raval, Olympic gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz, Vice President Leni Robredo and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte.
As per Inquirer.net, the list also includes American singers Bella Poarch and Olivia Rodrigo, “Squid Game” star HoYeon Jung and Miss Universe 2012 Olivia Culpo, who hosted Miss Universe 2020.

Yen Santos is a Kapamilya star who broke through in showbiz through the ABS-CBN show “Pinoy Big Brother.” She became famous when her teleserye “Halik”, alongside Jericho Rosales, Yam Concepcion, and Sam Milby, became one of the biggest shows in Philippine TV. She and Paolo Contis recently starred in a film called "A Faraway Land".
In October, Yen Santos has finally updated her Instagram page weeks after she deleted all her posts from its feed. KAMI learned that on her IG Stories, the actress posted what looked like vacation photos. It could likewise be noticed in one of the pictures that the 28-year-old star cut her hair short. She also sported her bangs in the cozy photo.
Paolo Contis and Yen Santos have previously made the rounds on social media after sharing snaps of a romantic dinner set up that appeared to have an identical setting. Cristy Fermin then alleged that Paolo and Yen really spent the much-talked-about romantic dinner together.
