According to the Kapuso star, her daughter had a minor accident before. She added that because of that incident, two of Tali's teeth got cracked.

"To everyone asking abt her teeth. when she was a little over a year, she had a minor accident. She tripped and her 2 front teeth got chipped, in half so her front teeth became weak and chips easily. Thank goodness it's just her milkteeth," she wrote.
