Julia Barretto has openly admitted that she does not want her brother, Leon Barretto, to enter the world of showbiz.
On Friday, October 8, KAMI learned that Leon uploaded a new vlog with Julia entitled; “Questions I Have Never Asked My Sister.”
Among the questions Leon asked was about his career path, “What career path or occupation would you want me to take in the future, like if it was not my choice.”

Upon hearing this, the 24-year-old-actress immediately responded, recalling when she told her brother he could be whatever he wanted except being a celebrity.

“Not artista. I keep telling Leon this, seriously, sorry. Kumontra na kayo kung gusto niyo pero sabi ko, ‘Leon be whatever you want. No one’s gonna freaking stop you wag ka lang mag-artista.’”
When asked what she wants his career path to be, Julia mentioned that her brother Leon is actually perfect in public relations and marketing.
The 24-year-old-actress also mentioned that she does not see her brother in the medical field but admitted that she did want him to become a chef at one point.
“I wanted him to be a chef or honestly, gusto ko rin siya maging basketball player kasi grabe yung height. It’s nice to get into sports and I think I’m saying this out of experience, kasi growing up I tried all the sports that I could.”
