Jeric Raval has directly asked Aljur Abrenica, whether he's courting his daughter, AJ, or not.

According to Jeric, he asked Aljur when they met at PDEA if he is courting AJ, to which, the latter answered in the affirmative, as per Philstar's report.

He also asked him if he and his wife have already separated.

For Jeric, he has nothing against Aljur, but the father-in-law of Aljur, referring to Robin, is his friend.

Jeric said that if he is courting AJ in good faith, then there is no problem at all.

He also said that a relationship will not be happy, if there's a person who is hurting.

"Magkaibigan kami ni Robin, kaya hindi mo maiaalis sa akin na medyo mahiya sa sitwasyon dahil ayokong isipin ng mga tao o ninuman na ang dahilan ng pagkakahiwalay nila o third party, e, ang anak ko," said Jeric in ABS-CBN's report.

Inquirer previously stated that photos of Aljur and AJ have circulated online. They were seen in malls.

The photos showed AJ and Aljur holding hands.
