Paolo Contis might have inadvertently made Baguio City the “Friendship Capital of the Philippines." This was the reaction of veteran showbiz columnist Lolit Solis on the now-popular phrase “as friends,” as earlier stated by Paolo Contis. The veteran columnist noted numerous people now use the “as friends” tagline as a punch line in their humorous statements. Lolit also said that it’s not common for a single girl to accept the invitation of a guy with a colorful lovelife in the past to talk about his current relationship problems.
Lolit Solis, in an episode of Take It Per Minute, was asked if there is any message that she would like to give to Yen Santos. The veteran columnist then replied without batting an eyelash that she has no message for Y. She then added that she does not know Yen, so there is no reason why she would even try to give a message. Manay Lolit even said that she has no 'pake' if Paolo would one day talk to her and tell her that he and Yen were already in a relationship.
